"For its 18th edition, it once again features two stages, bringing together established artists and emerging names, in a unique and immersive experience of music and visual art", can be read on the festival's website, which runs until Sunday morning, when German artist Sven Väth will perform a special closing set (from 9:30 am to 11:30 am).
The Neopop lineup includes world premieres such as the b2b ('back to back', that is, two DJs performing together) between the Italians Joseph Capriati and Freddy K, among other b2b such as the one that brings together Rob di Stefano and Rui Vargas and the one that brings together the Portuguese Lewis Fautzi and the British The Advent.
The Neopop lineup includes some of the world's biggest names in electronic dance music, such as Britain's Goldie (who will perform a techno set), Palestinian Sama' Abdulhadi, Belgian Charlotte de Witte, the duo Dresden (Ivan Smagghe and Manfredas), American Jeff Mills, Russian Nina Kraviz and German Ben Klock, among many others.
With camping included, the festival is for those over 18. Doors open at 5:00 PM today and Friday, and at 10:00 PM on Saturday. On the first two days, the venue closes at 8:30 AM the following day, while on Sunday it closes at 11:30 AM.
